Amy Wadsworth
Nextwork Program Director



I’m Amy M. Wadsworth, the NextWork Program Director. I’m the person you contact if you have any questions about the NextWork Program or the services we provide at Columbus Community Center. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Social Policy and a Certificate in Disability Studies. I am a certified employment specialist (ACRE certification) and I’m also certified in Customized Employment. I’m a member of the Utah Autism Initiative Committee, the National Rehabilitation Association, and the Job Placement & Development Group. I have a daughter who is moderate-severely impacted with autism spectrum disorder, and my life with her inspires my career. My clients are brilliant, skilled, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with.





Arthur Cheadle
Chief Operating Officer



I’m Arthur Cheadle I am 17 year old high school graduate who enjoys technology, and have been building/ taking things apart since i was a young lad. For now i'm preparing for a full time job after college and hoping i can find a good career. I've been building and fixing computers since 11 and at this moment in time i'm building and setting up servers for clients and small companies.





Mason Dimock

My name is Mason Dimock and I am a 19 year old high school graduate who enjoys moving around, building things, and working with my hands. I am currently a peer-teacher for the Digestibility program and I am also involved in the Neuroversity and Nextwork programs as well.




Dylan Lamb

Hello there my name is Dylan Lamb and I am a high-functioning autistic adult. When I'm not working or when I'm not helping with next week Horizon I like to hang with my friends play video games go outside go exercise like most people. I also like to think I'm living proof of one of many that it is possible to live a life even though you had to struggle to get to it.
